A Brand Focus | L’Oreal Paris

A second installment of a new blog post series where every month or so I’ll be highlighting a brand that I’ve been loving. This month I’m going to be focusing on L’Oreal.
(Last month I focused on NYX, which you can read here.)

L’Oreal is the world’s largest cosmetic company with many other well known brands under it’s ownership. It is best known for it’s make up, hair care and skin care range with some of their most iconic products being sold every second around the world.

Within this series I will be discussing my most well-loved products of the chosen brand that I have tried and tested. My hope is that by sharing my recommendations with you, you too can find new products that you love.

First, let’s just talk about L’Oreal mascaras. I currently have 8 on rotation. No brand comes even close to L’Oreal in terms of how many mascaras I’ve repurchased. They all perform so good and rival the more expensive high end brands. A particular favourite of mine is the Volume Millions Lashes Mascara as it really creates wonderfully voluminous lashes in an instant. The packaging is so luxurious with the black and gold, which L’Oreal do so well at. For quick length, I always turn to my Telescopic mascara. Both of these mascaras retail for £10.99.

These lipsticks feel so creamy on your lips and doesn’t leave them feeling dry. The colour stays put for a long time and, as you can probably guess, I’m a big fan of nude shades. I have 2 of the Eva’s Nude lipstick from the limited edition collection. These have to be my most adored packaging of lipstick ever. How beautiful and expensive do they look? I also have the Color Riche lipstick in the shade 630 Beige A Nu, which is a very similar colour but slightly darker. All 3 of these lipsticks retail for £6.99.

Last but not least on this post are these 2 foundations which have been featured before in My Everyday Go To Make Up post. They compliment each other well in that the True Match is very blendable and ‘skin-like’ and the Infallible Total Cover is thick and conceals every blemish. I’ve almost ran out of both and will most definitely be buying more. Both foundations retail for £9.99.

They’re my current top L’Oreal make up products, I like the other pieces but these are what really stand out to me. I use them constantly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. What L’Oreal products do you love? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading XOXO.
